Concord Mission

The fellowship of Concord Church exists for three distinct reasons:

1. To proclaim Christ and share His message of hope with the world.

2. To help the individual reclaim a relationship with God as originally intended.

3. To empower all of God's people through discipleship, evangelism and abundant living.

As members of the Concord fellowship, we live out the meaning of our purpose in four practical ways, which are expressed by the acronym "I WED". We believe that as members of the family of God, we have been called to be:

An Inviting people with a deliberate passion to welcome and encourage all people to learn and experience the redeeming love of Jesus Christ.

A People for whom the Word, the Holy Bible, the written revelation of the very character of God to His people is our highest standard and moral source.

A family of God who is Endowed with spiritual gifts which are unique and diverse. We use these gifts to Empower each other for effective Christian witness, ministry and evangelism. We are an Empowering
people.

A Discipling people who embrace discipleship, a life long learning and living encounter with the teachings of Christ. We have been called to be and to develop disciples.
